Guard Glaze

MAINTENANCE

1.Daily Maintenance

Vehicles coated with Guard Glaze should be regularly washed with water to rinse away dirt and maintain the coating effect for as long as possible.

Procedure1
Shower or hose down the vehicle to remove dust and grit, then lightly rub with a car wash sponge.
Procedure2
After washing with water, wipe dry with an absorbent cloth.

2.If the repellent effect weakens

If the repellent effect weakens, wash with water, dry thoroughly, and use Repel Boost Maintenance Liquid. By maintaining the repellent effect, washing with water and drying afterwards becomes easier.

Procedure
After washing, while water remains on the body, spray Repel Boost Maintenance Liquid 3 times onto a cloth and wipe down a panel evenly until dry. Repeat panel-by-panel.

3.If dirt cannot be removed with water

Use Maintenance Shampoo to remove stubborn dirt, such as bugs, sap, tar, and other stains. Quick removal is essential to maintain the coating. This also reduces adhesion of iron particles, which can cause the surface to loose smoothness.

For stubborn dirt which cannot be removed with shampoo, or smearing on Guard Glaze, use "New Maintenance Cleaner" on the effected area.*Wash the car in advance.

Procedure1
Put liquid onto a sponge and scrub the wet body over the effected area. Increase pressure gradually as needed.
Procedure2
When a stain, such as sap or droppings, has hardened, apply liquid directly to the effected area and wait for 5-10 minutes before polishing off with the sponge.
Procedure3
Leave to dry until the surface turns white. During this time, thoroughly wash the sponge.
Procedure4
After the surface is dry, rinse with water and wipe down with Repel Boost Maintenance Liquid..
Attention

* Be sure to wipe dry after washing or rain, otherwise some minerals in the water may cause staining.

* Do not use hybrid shampoos containing wax, abrasives, or other chemical cleaners, as they may damage the coating.

* When repainting or repairing, consult with the coating application garage.
